Blood Tests
One of the nice things about relocating your pets to Malaysia is that there are no required blood tests prior to entry. While other countries often require a series of tests that have to be meticulously timed, luckily for you and your pet, Malaysia isn’t one of them.

Vaccinations
The only required vaccine prior to departing for Malaysia for Cats and Dogs is a rabies vaccine. The rabies vaccine must be done at least 180 days prior to departure and after the microchip.

Microchip & Pet Passport
All Cats and Dogs are required to have a microchip for traveling to Malaysia. The microchip must also be administered prior to or during the time in which they receive the rabies vaccine.
There is no Pet Passport for Malaysia.
Paperwork & Permits
Prepared by a USDA-accredited -Veterinarian and endorsed by a local USDA-APHIS office. A permit is required when relocating your pets to Malaysia that our experts will help you with.
Veterinarian Credentials
Our coordinators have a ton of USDA accredited veterinarians that we trust and have worked with before to ensure your pet gets all of the proper paperwork and treatments required for travel. There are credentials required and you’d be amazed how many times someone’s family vet doesn’t have the proper credentials to ensure your pet has everything they need for travel.
Quarantine and Layovers
There is a mandatory one week quarantine period for dogs and cats traveling to Malaysia. Additionally, there is a layover in Sepang.
